Program Description:
We send appointment confirmations, service updates, and estimates to users who have opted in.

Cancellations & Opt-Out:
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the phone number. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carrier Liability:
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

1. Services Provided

Magic Flooring Installation LLC provides professional flooring consultation, sales, and installation services. All estimates provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated in writing.

3. Payment Terms

  • A deposit of some percentage is required to initiate material orders and schedule installation.
  • The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of the installation.
  • We accept Credit Cards, Check, Cash, etc.

4. Installation and Site Preparation

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for removing breakables, electronics, and small items from the work area unless otherwise specified in the contract.
  • Environment: For hardwood and certain laminates, the job site must be climate-controlled for at least 72 hours prior to installation to allow for material acclimation.

5. Warranties

  • Materials: Material warranties are provided solely by the manufacturer. Magic Flooring Installation LLC will assist customers in filing claims but is not liable for manufacturing defects.

6. Limitation of Liability

Magic Flooring Installation LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or the delay of project completion due to supply chain issues or weather conditions.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date.
